  • Our US team is 100% remote with a physical office location in Boston, MA that employees are welcome to visit as frequently as they’d like.

What is the PTO / flexible time-off policy?

We accrue about 7 hours of PTO per pay period, totaling about 184 hours per year. We also have 10 paid holidays.

How often are performance reviews conducted?

We have 1 annual performance review, a mid year touch point, and two development conversations annually.

Are most roles remote, hybrid, or tied to a specific location?

Our US positions are all remote and our India positions are in office in Hyderabad.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Your first day will consist of an onboarding with IT and the People Operations team. The rest of your Onboarding is customized based on the team you’re on!
